Comment on DEA Rescheduling Proposal
The American Trade Association for Cannabis (ATACH), on behalf of the Coalition for Cannabis Scheduling Reform, submitted an extensive comment to the Drug Enforcement Administration on July 22, 2024 concerning the proposal to move cannabis down to Schedule III under the Controlled Substances Act.
